We configured the hall in a theater-style setup, ensuring every one of the 550 attendees had a clear view of the stage. To elevate the professional atmosphere, we added stage decorations and a red carpet, making the event feel special from the moment guests arrived.
2. Food by in-house-catering; RUANG Makan
We know food is a key part of any all-day event. We worked with YaPEIM to create a catering plan that was both delicious and efficient:
• Breakfast: A standing buffet breakfast allowed for easy networking. The menu? Fried Singapore Meehoon and Fried Mee Kuning.
• Lunch: To keep the afternoon schedule tight and efficient, we provided delicious packed lunch boxes featuring Nasi Tomato and Ayam Masak Merah.
3. Crystal Clear Communication
The venue’s built-in PA system equipment ensured and LED presentations were seen and heard perfectly. For more exclusive sessions, we created a separate VIP dome-style setup (Level 2), offering privacy and a focused environment.
The day ran perfectly from the 8:30 AM kick-off to the 4:00 PM finish, allowing the YaPEIM team to focus entirely on their people and their message.
