Last month, we had the honour of hosting the very first official signing ceremony of Ottigo Rangers Football Club at RUANG Shah Alam, bringing together players, sponsors, supporters, and club representatives for a truly memorable occasion.
As a versatile event space in Shah Alam, we’re always excited to see our venue transformed to suit different types of events. From weddings and corporate functions to sports-related gatherings like this one, every event tells a unique story—and Ottigo Rangers certainly gave us one to remember.
A Perfect Venue Setup for an Intimate Signing Ceremony
With approximately 50 guests in attendance, the club chose to utilise Hall A at RUANG Shah Alam. The space was the perfect size for the occasion—comfortable, professional, and welcoming without feeling too large or too crowded.
To create a more exclusive atmosphere, our team installed elegant draping to separate Hall A from Hall B. This simple addition helped create a focused event environment while ensuring guests enjoyed a polished and private experience throughout the ceremony.
A Delicious Spread by Our In-House Catering Team
For the evening, Ottigo Rangers selected a menu featuring crowd favourites including nasi hujan panas, mee hoon goreng, ayam masak merah, daging masak hitam, and an assortment of traditional kuih-muih and fresh fruit platters.
What made the dining experience even more special was the presentation. Our in-house catering team carefully curated a beautiful buffet display, combining delicious food with elegant styling to elevate the overall guest experience.

Celebrating Partnerships and New Talent
The ceremony began with an introduction by the emcee, followed by welcoming remarks from Ottigo Rangers Football Club President, Mr Ahmad Nadhir.
The highlight of the evening was, of course, the official signing sessions. Sponsors were welcomed first, followed by the club’s players, marking an important milestone in the team’s journey.
Guests were also treated to a special performance by one of the players, adding an unexpected and entertaining touch to the programme.

Making the Space Truly Their Own
One of the things we loved most about this event was how Ottigo Rangers personalised the venue.
Outside RUANG Shah Alam, the club proudly displayed their team flags, instantly creating a strong sense of identity and team spirit. Food vendors occupied the outdoor area, while sponsor booths and DJs welcomed guests at the entrance.
The club made full use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Seeing clients bring their own creativity and personality into our venue is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
